We are now seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager or a high-performing Senior Sales Consultant ready to step into leadership to join this dynamic team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role within a high-volume dealership environment suited to either:

  • An established Assistant Sales Manager looking for their next challenge, or
  • A proven Senior Sales Consultant ready to step up into management.
You will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive performance across a busy showroom, support and develop the team, and ensure strong departmental results — while maintaining a personal sales contribution where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sales Manager in achieving strong monthly volume and gross targets
  • Leading and motivating a team within a high-traffic, high-enquiry environment
  • Managing daily showroom operations and ensuring process compliance
  • Assisting with stock control, pricing strategy, and campaign execution
  • Overseeing lead management to maximise conversion in a busy pipeline
  • Handling customer escalations professionally and efficiently
  • Contributing strong personal sales results
About You

Automotive sales experience is a strict pre-requisite.

To succeed in this role, you must thrive in a busy, target-driven dealership and bring:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales (Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Consultant level)
  • A strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding targets in a high-volume environment
  • Natural leadership capability with the confidence to guide and influence a team
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills
  • The ability to stay organised and composed under pressure
  • A driven, competitive mindset with strong commercial awareness
